N-able seeks to fill gaps in MSP marketing

N-able has become the latest player in the managed services space to recognize the need for increased marketing support for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

The idea that MSPs need sales and marketing support has been around for some time, with Datto making it a focal point at one of its partner events in London in 2019.

Continuing this theme, N-able – formerly SolarWinds MSP – launched its MarketBuilder platform to arm MSPs with campaigns they can quickly market.

MarketBuilder will provide MSPs with a guide to speaking with customers and prospects, ideas for social media, email campaigns, sell sheets and microsites to support a specific marketing activity.

N-able has made sure the platform is ready to go, with users sending over 40,000 emails and posting 6,000 social media posts in the past six months.
