LBITP-103 CR 2317 AND FINAL ACCESS ROUTE

Sealed bids will be received by 10:00 a.m. local time on Friday, June 25, 2021, by the Coastal Water Authority (CWA), located at 1801 Main Street, Suite 800, Houston, Texas 77002, time and place bids will be opened and read publicly. Offers received after this time will be returned unopened. The tenders will be marked “CR 2317 and final access road”.

The scope of work includes a one-mile asphalt replacement of the CR-2317, a 5-mile asphalt placement in the CWA right-of-way to the Capers Ridge pumping station, installation of storm inlets and storm drains and bank stabilization at outlets located in Liberty County, Texas.

Bids must be submitted on the official submission form provided in the tender dossier. The signature page must be signed by a company official authorized to bind the company. The bidder must submit to CWA either a certified cashier’s check drawn on a responsible bank in Texas equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid or a bid bond of at least five percent ( 5%) of the total amount of the offer. and issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in Texas. The tender guarantee must be attached to the tender. Applications can be obtained from May 28, 2021 by electronic download from the CWA website (www.coastalwaterauthority.org) or Civcast (www.civcastusa.com). A mandatory site visit prior to submission will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.

This contract is subject to the release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). CWA has the right to reject all offers.
