A UK-based bachelor has started to advertise himself on huge billboards in his quest to find a wife. Muhammad Malik set up a website called “Findmalikawife.com” and purchased several billboards across Birmingham to search for a potential life partner, Birmingham Live reports. The 29-year-old entrepreneur can be seen smiling as he jokingly asks to be ‘saved’ from an arranged marriage on notice boards that have popped up across town and in Manchester.
“Save me from an arranged marriage,” read the notice boards, as well as the link to his website.
Mr Malik, originally from London but who considers Birmingham his second home, said he was not opposed to the idea of ââan arranged marriage but wanted to “try to find someone through me- even first “.
it is necessary to respect the agitation.

“I just haven’t found the right girl yet. It’s tough there. I had to buy a billboard to be seen!” he specifies on his website.
And what does Mr. Malik look for in an ideal partner? “My ideal partner would be a Muslim woman in her twenties, who is striving to improve her din“he writes.” I’m open to all ethnicities, but I have a noisy Punjabi family – so you have to stick with the bants. “
Since installing the notice boards on Saturday, Malik says he has received hundreds of messages. “I haven’t had time to browse yet,” he told the BBC. “I need to put some time aside – I hadn’t thought about that part.”
Mr Malik said he tried a few other methods of finding a future bride before sticking his face to billboards. “I’m desi Pakistani,” he told the BBC, “so the first thing we hear about is the power of aunts” – but that hasn’t been synonymous with success for the London-based entrepreneur . He also tried dating apps and a few dating events, before a friend suggested he should literally come forward.
âI’m creative and love to do the most random and absurd things,â he said, and so he gave it a shot. The billboards will remain in place until January 14.
