Sleepyhead, the D2C lifestyle brand, has appointed Arha Padman as head of brand marketing. Padman will be responsible for leading Sleepyhead’s branding and marketing strategy to bolster their aggressive growth plans.
Throughout her career, Padman has established herself as a brand marketer with over 12 years of experience. Prior to joining Sleepyhead, she worked with Duroflex where she was instrumental in growing the 4x brand for its 1000 Cr club debut through innovative marketing campaigns, winning partnerships, expanding the business of national retail and driving digital transformation. On the exuberant occasion, Padman said, “I am very excited to join Sleepyhead and work alongside people who are determined to create a lifestyle brand for digital native Indian Millennials and Gen Z customers. I look forward to working with the team to close the gap in the industry and create high-quality, design-driven products at affordable prices. Our focus will remain on leveraging the burgeoning D2C ecosystem to stay nimble and foster a unique brand identity for our growth game.”
When Arha is not busy developing marketing strategies, she writes poems and short stories. She is a published poet and Professor of Brand Management and Media Planning at COMMITS Management Institute, Bangalore.
